Alexander founded HyperSpace after 7 years working between creative and arts arenas.
He founded AM Fund in 2015 while he was a director at Leila Heller Dubai. He has produced significant art and creatively driven events and activations with Emaar Malls and Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).
Alexander is an art, design, NFT, and sneaker collector, as well as an avid golfer, tennis player, and skier.

She brings novel ideas to life and makes the impossible happen. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to partner with brands on complex projects, uniting ideas into a singular and compelling strategy and direction.
Pioneered firsts in Reality TV for Travel Channel, Augmented Reality Children’s Stories for Meta, Virtual Production for Unity and Unreal, biometric gaming for Nike and launched virtual pop stars in the Metaverse.
She’s a master when it comes to building and energizing multidisciplinary teams, typically the party-starter, Mariachi conductor, and secret weapon able to wear multiple hats to bring teams together to achieve outstanding results. Desi’s experience spans all types of media, platforms and technologies.
Awards include Cannes Lion Grand Prix, Golden Pencil One Show Award, Small Agency of the Year Award, Clio Gold Award, Regional Emmy, AD Age’s Agency of the year, and Webby Awards, and served as a Judge for the AICP Next Awards.
Rama has been directing and developing interactive experiences, products, and films for over 20 years. He specializes in innovation design for smart spaces, CX & XR applications and anything with the words "emerging" "technology" and "experiential" in them.
He has created experiences, products, and films for Apple, IBM, Showtime, HBO, Playstation, and is a two time Emmy nominated director for his “True Blood” and “Vikings” title sequences.
He has exhibited at the V&A Museum, listed as Top 10 Visual Artists Changing The Way We See Advertising and the World by Adweek, and has been a guest educator for futurism and design at Yale, Harvard, MIT, Duke, SCAD, NYU, and is a New Museum Innovation Lab Mentor.
