Alexander founded HyperSpace after 7 years working between creative/arts arenas and the venture/early stage investment space.

Alexander founded AM Fund in 2015, an investment vehicle focusing on art market arbitrage opportunities in the low to mid market sector of the contemporary art and design markets. Simultaneously, Alexander was the managing director of Leila Heller Dubai, the Middle East’s largest commercial arts venue. There Alexander oversaw all programming and worked alongside artists and creators such as Zaha Hadid, Tony Cragg, and Michaelangelo Pistoletto on major cultural initiatives and exhibitions.

In addition, Alexander has produced significant creative events and activations with Emaar Malls and Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).

Alexander is an avid art, design, and most importantly, sneaker collector.


Rama Allen has been directing and developing interactive experiences, products, and films for over 20 years. He specializes in innovation design for smart spaces, CX, XR applications and anything with the words "emerging" "technology" and "experiential" in them.

His work in emerging technologies began during the dawn of online retail with Amazon and progressed through digital agencies; working at the advent of social media, advanced mobile computing, AI, biometrics applications, XR, Real-Time VFX, all the way to reimagining YouTube and Search for Google Creative Lab and creating the world's first beatboxing AI.

He has exhibited at the V&A Museum, has two Emmy nominations for his film direction, lots of shiny awards for Experiential & Interactive design, and has been a guest educator for futurism and design at Yale, Harvard, MIT, Duke, SCAD, NYU, and a New Museum Innovation Lab Mentor.

Previously he was the founder and global chief creative for the Mill Experience Group where he invented and directed products and experiences for Fortune 500 brands.
